Perfect place to stay in Istambul. In the middle of the Spice Market but really quiet and calm place. In front of ferries decks and galatta bridge. Staff always alert and helpful. Big room, confortable and with all the amenities. Breakfast was glorious. I hope to come back to istambul and stay again ar the Mest.

We were looking for a hotel in a quiet part of town with good access to the airport and city centre. The hotel exactly met our expectations. The presentation on the internet corresponds to reality.
The hotel staff started communicating two days before arrival and solved the issues of airport transfer and room amenities. This is a welcome extra today.
The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
The rooms are standard in size and amenities. The rooms were tidy and clean on arrival. The minibar is adequately stocked. The air conditioning works without any problems. Atrium-facing rooms have limited daylight. On hot days this is an advantage. However, guests should be made aware of this.
The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes. The hotel restaurant is a good choice for dinner.
The hotel offers a taxi from/to the airport for €80. A standard taxi can be obtained from €30. The higher price corresponds to the quality and level of service.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus several times a day to various places. We took advantage of this and did not regret it. For getting to the city centre I would recommend considering the local bus or the ferries that leave from the nearby port.

The stuff here is amazing. From ladies who clean, prepare breakfast to manager/owner of this place. This people really want to do their job and do it with their full heart.
Everything is perfectly clean, room was cleaned every day. Location is just perfect - city centre, safe area that I was going for a walk at 11 pm and I did not feel unsafe even for a second. I will happily get back there.
