The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant had wonderful views across the city and of Galata Tower. It was a beautiful place to start the day with a a sunrise breakfast and finish with a sunset cocktail. Both breakfast and cocktails were excellent.
The hotel has Istanbul cards you can borrow to access the city's transportation system, and I was given a wonderful recommendation for lunch on my last day. There was a good range of toiletries in the room, along with teas, coffee and water.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great staying in Querencia Hotel!
Rooms are well equipped, clean, enough space and the bathroom has an amazing shower!
It's also quiet even though just around the corner there is a very busy area with shops, restaurants and the beautiful Galata Tower. Position is perfect also to visit sulthanamet which is only few minutes by tram (reachable also by walk) and very good value for money. Staff speaks english and were very friendly and accomodated every request. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent location, close to attractions, in the evening you can stroll along the Bosphorus embankment. The apartment is clean, there are all necessary conditions for living. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it, I really liked it😊
