Exceptional service. Few minutes after we checked in, we even received compliments from the hotel, which was very touching. The breakfast is amazing and with plenty of choices. The rooms were clean and cozy, equipped with everything you may need. Something that impressed me was that there was a choice for different types of pillows. There is also a free undergrounds parking which is a must If you stay in Istanbul.

The receptionist was amazing, really went out of his way to assist us with anything we needed. He also makes a great cappuccino! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was by far the largest and most plentiful we had during our stay in Istanbul. Overall really a great experience!

The location and people are fantastic! There was always someone at the front desk who was more than happy to help and always had a smile. The room was nice and modern and the cleaning was great! I really recommend this place to anyone travelling.
