My stay at Titanic Port Bakirkoy was for just 2 days. I chose this hotel because of its convenient location, close to the concert venue.
Check-in took a little longer than expected due to a system issue, and we couldn’t pay for our stay immediately. However, after about 10 minutes, we were offered welcome drinks, and the check-in process was completed smoothly. The receptionist spoke good English, was friendly, and very helpful.
The room was exactly as shown on the website, with a comfortable bed. I requested an orthopedic pillow, which arrived within 2 minutes. There were small welcome gestures, including chocolates and complimentary water, though the minibar was at an extra charge. The bathroom had high-quality toiletries, and the room was clean and well-maintained.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We love the fact that the staff was soooo hospitable the minute we stepped out of our cab. Since it was our first stay in Istanbul they even offered a lovely free upgrade!
The spa bath was huge and so comfortable. Surely one of the best in Istanbul!

Thank you very much I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The service is excellent and professional. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fresh with good variety. I loved the fresh turkish bakery. There are 2 malls a walking distance and also Bakirkoy square with lots of shops and restaurants. Also the marina is nearby across the road and Bakirkoy sahil park. The place is quite and you can get a good night sleep.

The spacious 3 bedroom apartament, the 2 terraces it had, the pool, the fact that we always had parking and the staff was great! The Receptionist answered my qestions in a matter of minutes, they made every request i had happen, they even let me charge my car in the parking lot!
The security guard can be annoying since he doesnt speak english and doesnt seem to want to understand even when you use google translate to speak to him in turkish. But tell the front desk and they'll make him understand any request or problem you have. Its clean, easy to find in a beautiful location( not far from the AquaFlorya mall) and everyone is friendly! I highly recommend and we will be returning!💓
