Great hotel, great location, great staff. Receptionists were very helpful. I was there with my Mom, sister and family and even, the reception fixed my moms broken wheelchair. Then I called a expensive but the reception called a cheaper one for half the price and cancelled the expensive one. And then, even there isn’t a taxi, there is a metro and tram and you can easily reach the city centre.

Had a great stay at this hotel! Everything went smoothly, from early check-in to late check-out. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. I would come back for sure, I really enjoyed the accomodation. But first things first: everything was new and clean, and they take seriously the cleaning task, every day. The heating is very good, not only there is an inverter, but also real radiators, and those in winter are much more comfortable. The breakfast included is good and you can get it at any time!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! While it’s a bit far from the city center, it’s very well connected by public transport (metro and metrobus), making it easy to get around. The surrounding area has a lively pedestrian street filled with cafes, shops, and all sorts of interesting spots to explore, which added a lot to the experience.
The staff were exceptional—Murat and the team at reception went above and beyond to help with all my requests, always with a friendly attitude. My room was clean, well-ventilated, and equipped with good air conditioning, which made it very comfortable.
If you’re looking for good value for money and are open to staying a bit further from the center in a more authentic neighborhood, this place is definitely worth checking out!

The hotel is pretty well located, near to metro and bus station. There is a lot of restaurantes nearby, and markets as well. The staff is so attentive and kind. Room is quite big and so clean. The breakfast is soo god, it has a variety of cheese, veggies and olives. I definitely recommended it!
