Reception staff know English and are very courteous and helpful
Room are spacious , beds, sheets and furniture were very clean.
There was a cozy cafe downstairs, in where they served delicious turkish tea without any cost.
Whatever you need to feel at home, was there.
Location is convenient.

The place is fantastic by all means - The location is just great but I'd like to emphasise a different aspect. I've travelled all around the globe, and this hotel has the friendliest staff ever. This includes the receptionists as well as the kitchen staff. It's a different level of kindness! I've travelled with my mum and this hotel will always be our top choice for Kadıköy/Istanbul.
