The room I was in is spacious and clean (they clean your bed everyday so you get a fresh towel each day, the toilets is been clean daily as well), the aircon worked perfectly well. The had some products like shampoo and soup for everyone to use. Same with breakfast, you can easily make a toast and have a coffee looking at the nice view from the balcony. The stuff was very kind and helpful.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay so excellent with their personal touch and greetings each day. The breakfast and dinner menus had plenty of choice and everything was presented very well. We loved the attention to detail in the beautiful rooms from fresh flowers on the towels to a little gift left on the bed each evening!

The sheets and towels are changed every day, and they also provide beach towels and snorkeling gear. In the mornings, they offer pancakes, toast, jam, bananas, and snacks, along with coffee and tea. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. If I ever come back to Phi Phi Island, this will definitely be the place I want to stay. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Everything is brand new. The water heaters for the showers are digital and work fantastically. Everything is tiled and clean. Brand new toilets for a brand new hostel. The beds are pods, giving incredible privacy. The mattress was comfortable. The best thing was the manager. He made me feel at home, offering me bread and cookies and coffee. Even when I felt uncomfortable because of sand from the beach, he said don't worry, it can be cleaned. There is hot and cold filtered water. Because of the structure of the pods, it's pretty isolated from outside noise, which is important on phi phi. The location is good, close to the centre but not in too crazy an area.
