The owners!! So cute and extremely hard working. Seems like they live for their hotel and their customers. I hope they take vacation and time off and have a happy healthy retirement after all their hard work. They clean, cook, and drive you everywhere with a smile on their face. You get everything here that you get in a resort (except for swimming pool), but all in a more simple layout. Very nice location, cleaning, shower and toilet, breakfast, service.

Location is perfect, next to the peir, and just down from walking street, for ample food and dining. Amazing pool, and best beach for snorkeling 10min walk away. Pattaya beach is where you want to be.

The beachfront rooms are fantastic and very much worth paying extra for - the view is incredible, the space, the beds, having a kitchen, great time watching people and sunsets from the porch. The personal pool is very nice, and huge. We've lived in Thailand for long periods, so were a bit worried about being stuck with the hotel food because it's a decent walk to walking street or other restaurants, but the food was *excellent*. Especially the southern Thai food menu. We ended up eating every meal for five days at the hotel and enjoyed it every time. Breakfast was ok, had all the basics, but not as amazing as the regular lunch/dinner menu. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, and service was very very good. Really no complaints at all, and would stay again if ever back in Koh Lipe. Wifi was good enough everywhere for basics and streaming. Did not try any videoconferencing though.

The villa design is incredible. The room was so spacious, had everything you need. The bed was incredibly comfortable and big. The view from the villa every morning and evening was exceptional. This is the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in and nothing beats the view and service. So so happy with my stay here. Watching the live music from the pool was very memorable.

Location is great for the price if you want to be close to the Sunrise beach. Bungalows are big enough for 3/4 people maybe. Downstairs you have a sofa, bathroom, TV and fridge. Hot water all the time if you need despite the heat. Upstairs you have the bed with AC and a balcony if that's the case. Those sheets are super smooth and comfy. Street is quiet. Best thing is the lady though. She will help you with everything you need from transfers to payments. Just add her on WhatsApp
