I spent an amazing week at CREW Hotel and every aspect exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help; nothing was ever too much trouble. As someone who works on the road, the dedicated coworking space with lightning-fast fiber-optic internet was a game changer. Having unlimited hot drinks, fresh fruit and chilled water on hand meant I could stay productive (and hydrated) without leaving the hotel. Every morning started on a high note with an exceptional breakfast, freshly prepared and varied each day; it quickly became one of the highlights of my stay. After work, the serene indoor pool became my go-to spot to unwind. Despite being in the heart of Chiang Mai, the property is remarkably quiet; I slept like a dream thanks to the plush mattress and high-quality linens. The bathroom deserves a special mention too; the powerful rainfall shower felt like a daily spa treatment. Location wise, you are within easy walking or short Grab ride distance of cafés, markets, temples and the Old City, and you still return to a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. In short, CREW Hotel delivers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience and genuine hospitality. I would not hesitate to book again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially fellow remote workers looking for a hassle-free, inspiring place to stay.

- very clean - the nicest people run this place - nice snacks and coffee, tea, juice, banana - free bicycles - slept like an Angel we came back for 2nd time here and it felt like our home. - very safe because of the locked outside door. - rent a motorbike next door to get trough the city or walk 10 minutes. we rather stay outside the crowds and walk than stay inside the busy roads. - amazing shower with good pressure

What a hidden gem! Loved this place so much. The staff here are by far the highlight. The make you feel like family and are just so nice, kind, there to help at any time and there for a chat too. There is free water, tea, coffee, juice, cereal, snacks all day and night long. No kettle in the room but there because you get them free in the reception. Which was nice as each time I went down I then stayed and had a chat with the staff who were always so interesting. Breakfast is excellent. It’s a mixture of international and Thai and each day is different. The room is lovely, not huge but good enough. The pool was really cold which was nice after a hot humid day out and about. When we first arrived I didn’t feel it was a good area because it was outside of the old town but actually it was fab. There was so much to see so close by: a really nice coffee shop and restaurant around the corner called Cozy, the Saturday street market steps away, loads of laundry places on the next street, some gorgeous temples in the area too. My favourite was the silver temple which was like mins walk away. I highly recommend this place for a stay. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Loved everything about it. A huge kudos to the staff you make it amazing!
