The receptionist was exceptional. He speaks really good English and is very friendly and super helpful. I forgot my phone in a Grab taxi and the staff helped me get it back by contacting with Grab support and driver. He went above and beyond in helping me solve the problem, and making the stay very memorable. The facilities at the hotel are great, and the location is excellent. Highly recommended!

This is a hidden gem in Chiang Mai, the rooms are spotless, beds made everyday as well as room cleaned
Free water and hot drinks.
Lovely balcony to catch the sunrise .
The owner cannot do enough for you and the staff are brilliant.

What a perfect little place! Tucked away in a small alley, nice and quiet, and with a lovely owner. The room was spotless, huge bed with Thai style mattress, fridge, kettle, and a really good shower. The little balcony was lovely, and the screen doors meant I could sleep with the balcony doors open. There are bikes on site available to use, as well as a kitchen and laundry!!! 3asy walking distance to the market and old town. Communication was quick and easy - every question answered promptly. I will definitely be staying here again
