Wonderful hotel, lovely and helpful staff with all the conveniences you may need (amazing massage near the beach, restaurant on the beach including seafood bbq), cocktail bar (with happy hour !!) swimming pools suitable for kids and adults (2 of them). Room cleaning was performed daily, breakfast was delicious with enough options.
Prices of massage, restaurant and other services were very reasonable.
During our stay our child got sick and reception was very helpful to find a doctor and when we opted to go to the hospital they even drove us there free of charge. We warmly thank them for their help !!!
Whilst there is a famous bar nearby (The ArkBar), inside the room we didn't experience much noise. Airplanes also pass over the hotel but frankly, given every upside of the hotel and amazing staff, we were not bothered and will come again.
In the evening, you'll be less than 100 meters walking distance to the main Chaweng avenue with plenty of bars, restaurants and clubs to accommodate your needs.
