Wonderful hotel, lovely and helpful staff with all the conveniences you may need (amazing massage near the beach, restaurant on the beach including seafood bbq), cocktail bar (with happy hour !!) swimming pools suitable for kids and adults (2 of them). Room cleaning was performed daily, breakfast was delicious with enough options. Prices of massage, restaurant and other services were very reasonable. During our stay our child got sick and reception was very helpful to find a doctor and when we opted to go to the hospital they even drove us there free of charge. We warmly thank them for their help !!! Whilst there is a famous bar nearby (The ArkBar), inside the room we didn't experience much noise. Airplanes also pass over the hotel but frankly, given every upside of the hotel and amazing staff, we were not bothered and will come again. In the evening, you'll be less than 100 meters walking distance to the main Chaweng avenue with plenty of bars, restaurants and clubs to accommodate your needs.

Great location and atmosphere. The ocean wing villas, the beach, the tent, the vibes and the staff... everything was so nice and chill. The room was so comfortable, private and beautiful. Everything was peaceful and relaxing in this stay. Sala spa is amazing, I know where to go next time I'm on this wonderful island :)

Breakfast was so good. My aunt loved the sago dessert at the breakfast buffet. Their pizza was very good too and seafood fried rice. Since our group was mostly females, we were lookig for a place that's suitable for female travellers.We felt very safe and well taken care of.

The pool by the sea is very relaxing and beautiful People working at this hotel are the nicest, however all thai people seemed to us one of thr nicest we have ever met. The location is anazing. Just on the main road but this very quit and just a few minutes walkt to the fisherman village with is nice after a meal to walk it out.

I’ll start with I liked everything. The room was very large and the bathroom was huge with a very nice shower and plenty of towels. The beach is literally 30 seconds away with free sunbeds, and great service. I also rented a scooter from the hotel and rode around the island. I really like that the hotel was at the end of the beach, made for a nice long walks along the Gulf of Thailand. The hotel food and breakfast was wonderful and there are restaurants a short walk away. However, the most special part of this hotel is a wonderful staff. Everybody was so kind and accommodating, especially Ive, Ann and “A”.

The location is a bit off the main street, but that being said the hotel offers quick and simple scooter rentals so you can go anywhere. The sunset in the beach pool are exceptional.

Every employee, especially reception employees, are very friendly and helpful. They can solve everything. Our check-out time was very early. They suggested to us; we can prepare sandwiches for you. They prepared two sandwiches and dragon fruits for us.
