I can definite this hotel a boutique hotel, very cleaned, comfortable, in a fantastic position, lovely staff and very good food and cocktails. Traveling and working I used the second floor to work, considering that it is a very lovely place to rest as well after a long day in Bangkok.

The place is nice. The bed was really comfy, the room was spotless, the soundproofing really good, and the wifi was strong. The location was really cool, about 20 minutes walk from Lumphini park and less from the train lines.

This place is really a place I would come back if I happen to pass by BKK again and would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is very simple, but it has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Besides the owner Asma is absolutely amazing. She is willing to help with anything, nothing is impossible with/for her. And she runs her own restaurant located 2 minutes away from the hotel. The food there is really yummy. It is open for breakfast and lunch and not in the evening. She even let me take a shower in my previos room that was already cleaned, before I took the night bus. And I could leave some stuff behind, not to carry it around during my travel. On my last day I will stay at this place again. I nearly forgot to mention - the location is absolutely great. 7 walking minutes from Surasak SBT Station and 15-20 minutes (walking) from the pier, where you can take the boat to bring you anywhere along the river.
To sum up: it is a simple place in a quiet street, basically the room to which you just come for the night to recover from the long day exploring BKK. Well worth the price.
