Room 2614 - Amazing room, the staff especially Fah , she made me feel like home and after visiting 100s of hotels theres no one like her. We liked the location of the hotel. It was close to everything and far from the crowded roads. All the staff, from the receptionist to the baggage handler, were all wonderful and very nice. We loved our stay very much in this hotel.

The Grand Hyatt was right in the center of a busy area but walking through the front entrance makes you feel safe, secure and relaxed. An oasis feeling that you could just stay in the hotel an enjoy the facilities. But Bangkok has lots to offer so we made sure to be out and about but came back between planned sightseeing or meals to relax.

Everything - this hotel is world class and it was worth every cent we spend. We got a free upgrade and stayed in a deluxe room which was incedible. The breakfast had everything we could ask for.

The property has a great location near the metro green line ( 5-10 min walking distance). The view from our room was great. The room was very clean, big bathroom. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar with incredible views.
