Nice clean place. From here we walked to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun. We also walked to Khao San road. Breakfast is good. They kept our luggage both before check in and after check out.

The view from the hotel is incredibly scenic. The rooms are well equipt, beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable and staff tried their best to be as accommodating as possible. Close proximity to Khao San road made it extremely easy to catch taxis and tuktuks to get around.

We really liked the location. It is about 10 min walk to Khao san road. The hotel is positioned next to the main road but you can't hear the noise.. i'd say it is quiet.
We also liked breakfast. Everyday is something different (noodless, eggs, rice, chicken) but the "mains" are the same (butter, jam, nutella, bananas, fruit, toast..).
You can also get free bottled water everyday.
We had a room on the third floor but the wi-fi connection was perfect.

The location is perfect. Within walking distance of the Palace & markets & 10 mins walk from Khaosan Street. The owner & staff are lovely & really helpful. Great English breakfast with sausages & bacon reared from the owners' homestead. Though it's central to everything, it's in a quiet place with small lanes leading to it so no cars or tuk tuks disturbing the peace.
