I loved the location if your looking for a real bangkok experience, it's close by to 3 corner shops and the local area is amazing lovely food for great prices most of my Meals cost 50Baht. The facilities are great all you need for a stay in BKK

The stay at Baan Tepa Boutique House was excellent and surpassed all expectations. The couple running it are incredibly hospitable. They accommodated us immediately in a provisional room since we arrived at 7am, so we could rest until our room was ready. The garden is very green and super pleasant, everything is made from wood and very well preserved and clean. The breakfast is also great. We were treated as being at home. The neighbourhood is very calm and has a local atmosphere. There is no BTS or MRT nearby - but the river water boat station is barely 10 min walking from the house, and moving with the water bots is a super nice way to experience Bangkok.

Very beautiful house!!! Wooden stairs and Thai paintings in the room. Everything was very clean, cleaning service is great! The host is a wonderful, extremely attentive lady that speaks perfect English, she took a very good care of me:) When coming back to Bangkok will definitely stay at this place!

The host is extremely nice and polite. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and to have a nice stay. I arrived late in the night and they were waiting for me. There was water available when i arrived which made difference when you arrive from a long flight. Supermarket 7 eleven is 3 mins walking so, it does help as well. I had to leave my luggage when i checked out because i would come back in 4 days and she kept my luggage. I do recommend the place for people that does not look for hotel 5 stars, the place is simple but it is like being at home.

Cozycomo apartments are really nice and in a good location, not too far from the center. They're super cozy and feel very real, not like a hotel. The garden is beautiful – a great place to relax. Breakfast is amazing with lots of good food. The best part is the host. They are very friendly and make you feel right at home. We loved it so much, we didn't want to leave! We've already planned to return in a few months. This place is perfect if you want a comfortable and special stay.

This hotel was simply amazing and the unique art deco style makes it a memorable experience! Staff was perfect and food really good. You also have a very nice swimming pool and view on the river. Besides the hotel offers free shuttles on their own boat to go to certain sites next to the river. The room was exceptionnal and the hall with the huge plants is simply stunning. You cannot forget this hotel. For us it would be the best hotel in Bangkok. Therefore we totally recommend this hotel for your next visit in Bangkok!
