Everything was exceptional. From the friendly staff, to the beautiful room, the incredibly comfortable bed, and the facilities in the hotel. I'm vegan and the staff were happy to accomodate my diet during breakfast as I couldn't have much of what was on offer from the buffet. The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Firstly, i would like to give double thumbs up to Vanessa for the very smooth check in process! She was very attentive and very patient in explaining the faclities of the hotel. Everyone in the hotel was an absolutely superstar in making our experience here the best we have had in bangkok. The rooms were super clean after every house keeping (ps, even the mirrors were flawless). Kudos to the housekeeping team too! The rooms were properly segregated with the luggage being places near the walkway from the bath to the toilet, so when i get ready, did not have to scurry around the room waking up my partner as everything is done inside the toilet area which was very comfortable and brightly lit. The walk to the train station / Erawan Shrine is also short with a mini short cut through the erawan mall. One plus point is that the path back is very brightly lit at night so it wasnt scary at all. We also dined at Front room thai restaurant and it was an total blast. I would say its one of the best meals we have had in bangkok (pls try their desserts). All in all, Waldorf exceeded every single expectations we had of a 5 star hotel and safe to say, we will definitely be back here on our next trip to bangkok.
