A very beautiful hotel with great, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! The property also features two pools—one on the rooftop (5th floor) with stunning views, and another in the yard, surrounded by a lush green oasis. We loved our stay here, as the hotel had many nice personal touches, and the location was perfect.

Modern high rise with chic decor. Swimming pool on the 16th floor overlooking the city is small but refreshing; a wonderful place to chill. Pool bar served a great spicy gin & tonic, and the service was just so kind, professional and friendly all over the hotel. The room was modern and smartly designed, with luxury touches and great views of the city. Lovely shower with good water pressure (even on the 21st floor!).
We didn’t experience eating in the hotel restaurants as we took a short tour of Chinatown nearby for food and drinks, and opted for room service breakfast. Room service breakfast was excellent! Both the eggs Benedict and the Thai breakfast were absolutely delicious and on the better end of hotel food I’ve had anywhere in the world. Loved having the option of breakfast in bed, and the execution didn’t disappoint.
Also loved the hotel’s free tuktuk shuttle to the ferry port across from Iconsiam, a nice amenity for tourists.
We did have a drink in Mimi’s, the Miami-themed roof bar, and while the drinks were a bit too sweet for us we loved the vibe and the fun atmosphere.
The customer service was simply excellent everywhere we interacted with it.

The ambiance and decor was so beautiful. I ended my backpacking trip beginning of November at this hostel, and it was the best stay of my trip. The rooms are so comfortable, clean and private. It didn't feel like I was sharing a room with anyone. The toilets are super clean too. To top it off, the staff and lovely owner were so kind and welcoming. It's right opposite a huge indoor food court as well as street food vendors.

Everything!!! Fantastic family room with plenty of space for x2 adults & 2 children (aged 16 & 10). We were able to wash some thin/light clothes and dry them in the room with the air-conditioning (they have a small drying rack with 6-7 hangers). Room and linen was clean and spotless.
4 bottles of water everyday, good small but powerful fridge, with small freezer (this was a must for us for freezing our sons insulin packs), kettle with tea infusions, English tea and coffee- stocked up daily. Snacks, tea, coffee, juice, yoghurt and fruit from pantry downstairs and quality traditional breakfast served between 8-11.00am or cereal fruit, toast, salads served if a traditional breakfast is too much for you to have in the mornings.
Location was good too. Away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok BUT close to a 7 Eleven (2 minutes round the corner), 5 minutes walk to ferry crossing point (5bhts each person, each way), and then 5 mins walk to the Icon Siam. From the hotel 15 minutes in a bolt taxi (around 65-85 bhts) or (100 bhts private taxi) to the MBK shopping centre.
Entrance downstairs has a big chess table and other games to keep kids busy whilst adults can enjoy a hot coffee/ tea/ cold drink.
