1. Great location, not far from the night market and bus station, also close to the river, can see some night scenery.
2.Including really good value of the breakfast buffet, simple but really worth it the price.
3.Staff really friendly and always smile, greeting to customer.
4.Provide free bottle of fresh water!! This is the best part of the hotel! Very generous.
5.Even you already check out, you can leave your luggage in the lobby for free(not over night). Really sweet for this part.

The hotel is in an excellent location. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly — from the security guard at the entrance, to the receptionists, the breakfast staff, and the cleaners. The hotel is neat and clean. Compliments to the breakfast — it was very interesting to try foods that are not part of a typical European breakfast, and everything was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when we get the chance.

The best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! I love it because it smells so nice here. It’s a budget-friendly hostel with the most luxurious facilities I’ve ever experienced. Super clean, fully equipped with everything you need—there’s a living room, a fridge, a kitchen, and the bathrooms are incredibly clean. There’s also a viewing area where you can enjoy the scenery from the hostel. The location is very accessible, extremely affordable, and truly beyond my expectations. It’s really close to Khaosan Road, so you can easily walk there at night to explore the street food scene. I absolutely love it! Plus, the staff are super helpful and friendly. I had the best time here!

The location is perfect, but I think the main attraction of the hostel is their personal, they always have ice cream for u on the hostel and they are able for help u at any hour!! I had an inflamation on my feet and they give me for free a gel for that :) super clean, and u can make a lot of friends!

The hotel is fantastic, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel are spotlessly clean. There are many thoughtful touches.
The kids playroom, pool and restaurant are excellent and the staff all made such an effort. We were so impressed with the hotel and the whole experience had at The Pranakorn Heritage Hotel. We will definitely be returning.
