Very nice hotel with excellent staff! We booked the club room which came with club benefits and they were absolutely worth the money. Free resfreshments day time and after 6 pm free alcohol drinks. Pool area was nice and clean, many places in the shade also. Nice surprise was after hour at the pool. Food at the poolside was also very nice, we ordered a pizza. Club room was on the highest floor with beautiful scenery, everything in the room was spotless.

I choose this hotel because of its location. It’s a small friendly hotel with attentive and helpful staff. My room was very quiet and comfortable with a decked large terrace to enjoy my early evening cocktail!
The hotel is quirky,informal but still has a luxurious feel. Easy to walk to some good restaurants and cafes. The big up market shopping malls close by.

My stay at Kromo was excellent. I visited with friends, and the staff went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. They arranged connecting rooms so we could stay close together and were incredibly accommodating with every request.
The rooms were spotless, stylish, and made even more fun with the signature Kromo robes. Breakfast was another highlight, served as a set menu with generous, delicious options to choose from.
The team was always helpful, from booking cabs to offering great recommendations for sights around the city. The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and spas.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Kromo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Bangkok.

I give it 11 out of 10! One of the accommodations that truly exceeded our expectations. We travel a lot, we’re a backpacking family, so we usually look for affordable, clean places to stay in a nice environment. This place offers a home many people can only dream of.
Spacious, clean, fragrant, warm… a beautiful combination of wood, custom-made furniture, high ceilings and doors, lots of glass surfaces with views and greenery typical for this climate.
The property is located in a quiet street where you hear more birds than anything else, yet within 3 minutes on foot you’re right in the middle of the busiest part of vibrant Bangkok, with everything you need at hand.
A little snack prepared for breakfast or anytime during the day, “invisible” maintenance that feels like it’s always around but you never actually see it. Fantastic!
