Spacious room, always plenty hot water, mosquitos prevention in room and in terrace. You are getting even kitchen for food prep with big fridge. Nice pool and a bit farther from noise in central streets. Highly recommend.

May be it's the best location in Patong. Nice quiet place, little bit aside of noysy streets, near tropical forest and at the same time pretty close to everything.
Bed was absolutely comfortable and the AC was working perfectly. Clean, big, cousy room and the balcony with an amazing view to all Patong. The french windows such a big size, which I have never seen before. Actually I think I was a bit lucky to find this place to stay.

The house is fantastic, and has everything you need for a group or family. The cleaners came in every day to clean up and replenished us with plenty of bottled water each day. Very quiet area of Patong at night, but still plenty of places to eat, drink, get a coffee, and a supermarket all within 5 minutes walk. Two convenience stores within 100 metres to get most of what you will need.

The room is very large and spacious. The staff and very friendly and accommodating. We rented our motorbikes with them and we had no issues. Would 100% recommend and hope to return!
