The staff went above and beyond. The view is amazing. You can watch rock climbers, see monkeys in the trees, and even boats in the ocean, all while sitting by the pool! It is a private corner so only hotel guests can enjoy the views. Breakfast was delicious with many options. My room had a beautiful mountain view with very comfortable beds.

The location was amazing, a stones throw from most of the cafe's and restaurants and touristy stuff, yet in a super quiet, secluded and beautiful location. The breakfast spread was amazing. The owner personally went around asking all the guests about how they were doing etc, we thought this was a very warm touch. The terrace restaurant at sunset time has a spectacular view. A whole bunch of little touches like amazing products in the bathroom, to the eco friendliness overall, made our stay memorable. The lady at the travel desk was very efficient and extremely polite - to help us plan our day, book a scooter on rent and a cab on our journey back.
