We checked in after a 18 hours flight from Europe. We supposed to wait for a few hours to check in, but the reception made an exception and let us in a room, which were already free, it was like a dream after this long flight. So our impressions as below: Great rooms, clean, bright, nice views. Wonderful facilities, pools for children and adults, water parks, private beach, free kayaks, free stand up paddling equipments. Flexible check in and check out times, shuttle bus to the subway and shopping malls. Near the gondola for Santosa. Good restaurant. People working here are really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, many offers across all cuisines, European, Chinese, Malay, Indian and some others. The only thing it is too overcrowded on peak times. We could store our luggage after our stay and the hotel helped us where ever they can. We had a great stay and my children still asks to go back very soon. Thank you on all staffs who made us this great stay!

I love the sky pool party and swimming pool. Very fun and relaxing. The hotel room is quite comfortable and we got upgraded to sea view room due to our birthday celebration.very happy with the service. They even prepare a cake 🎂. I think everything is good except one of the pool under upgrading but overall I’m very satisfied. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful

The property is located very close to the monorail through which you can explore the entire island. The property had a very good breakfast spread. There is a 7-11 nearby which was very convenient. The children as well as adult pools were amazing. The washrooms in the rooms are very hi-tech
