Staff were very friendly. It was easy to check in and out which, after our long flight, was very welcome.
The room was very comfortable and we slept very well. There was a lovely pool we wish we'd had time to use and the Indonesian all-you-can-eat buffet in the Kintamani restaurant was amazing.
