Everything!! One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Design and luxury throughout with a very personal touch. Super-friendly, professional and well informed staff. Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

It is located 2 steps away from Orchard Road, with quick access to the most vibrant shopping area in the city and excellent MRT and bus connections to anywhere on the island.
