Great hotel to stay in Singapore. The personnel is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The dealed great with all issues we had. Room was spaious enough and well equipped. Aircon was working fine. It was nice to have a bathtub in a room. Breakfast was great, especially salmon toasts. Location was convenient, nearby many malls, bus stations and metro. Botanical gardens are just a few stops away.

Starting from the check-in, we knew we were in for a treat. The holiday decorations and atmosphere were awesome and the staff offered gift bags and a treasure hunt to my kids. Truly incredible facilities throughout this property- biggest kids club I've seen at a hotel and a fantastic splash park where the kids loved to spend time. The breakfast is superb with massive spread of different cuisines. They were very accommodating to any requests we made in the room or during the visit. Unfortunately didn't try the gym but it looks fantastic from the outside. Walking to Orchard road takes about 15 minutes and the hotel provides shuttles to the main shopping hotspots. I will recommend this hotel to any family visiting Singapore.
