The room was very large with great amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, close to China Town, Lau Sa Pat, and the river. Nice area for walking.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

The property is amazing, the best location near i12 shopping centre, countless food places, short walk to a large hawker centre. The pool is amazing and the property is very nice, quiet, clean and aesthetically nice. Two lifts that service the property never waited more than 5secs for one. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooftop is a must, very nice place to relax and have a tea. Use of the washing machine was a life saver and great to have ($8 to use, liquid soap included) they have a dryer for the same cost, but the property provides hanging racks in certain locations which is very helpful. Rooms very clean, bed comfortable, smart tv, lots of PowerPoints even with a usb port. Bathroom is very comfortable and clean. A huge plus is if you find yourself short on towels, toilet paper or soap they have some available for self collection outside of hours.
