Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

Exceptional hotel. Staff is was so kind, always getting out of their way to help us. The pool and bar are exeptional. with delicious drinks and food menu available. Gym is nicely equipped (better than most hotel gym with weights and some machines). Breakfast is fresh, high-quality, with american breakfast but also loca delicaties. We were sad to leave. Thanks for the exceptional stay.
