Starting from the check-in, we knew we were in for a treat. The holiday decorations and atmosphere were awesome and the staff offered gift bags and a treasure hunt to my kids. Truly incredible facilities throughout this property- biggest kids club I've seen at a hotel and a fantastic splash park where the kids loved to spend time. The breakfast is superb with massive spread of different cuisines. They were very accommodating to any requests we made in the room or during the visit. Unfortunately didn't try the gym but it looks fantastic from the outside. Walking to Orchard road takes about 15 minutes and the hotel provides shuttles to the main shopping hotspots. I will recommend this hotel to any family visiting Singapore.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! During my entire stay, Anj, Divina, and Ryan took great care of me. They wrote very detailed instructions before I arrived, answered all my questions, and were very polite and caring. It was easy to find the hotel and get in. You just need to install their app and you can check in to your room yourself. The room was small but very cute and had everything I needed. I asked Anj, Divina and Ryan to bring me an adapter for my chargers and they did it before I arrived. The location is also amazing, close to everything, close to the MRT, and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my stay there, everything was smooth and comfortable. They even let me leave my luggage after checkout and pick it up a few hours later. Thank you for everything, I will be happy to come back here next time!
