We had a 48h stop over in Singapore and la Santa Grand Hotel was a great choice. The area has anything you need and you can easily walk to the metro station to move around the city. The staff was incredible and we felt very comfortable: we enjoyed our time there, whether in the pool or chilling in the comfortable room. Thank you!

- This is the first hotel I've been to with a microwave and fridge w/ freezer in the room. - If you like convenience, the pool, laundry room, Water and Ice dispenser are all located on the same level. - For laundry, it's $7 to wash and $7 to dry. Token to be exchanged at concierge but no idea how long it takes to wash and dry. Good if you need to do laundry after swimming at the beach/pool. - Close to the beach. There's an underground tunnel behind Fairprice supermarket which leads to the beach + Starbucks and other restaurants. - Hawker centre and fast food all close by. A lot of eateries in parkway parade which is also walking distance. - Bathtub with glass window so you can watch tv while you chill. My preference, quiet bathrooms freak me out. - Great outdoor area to chill after swimming. - Bidet installed on the toilet but it is low pressured. Still good though. - The blackout curtains are really good. I thought I was blind.

It was perfect. Best location. Spacious capsule with enough storage, plus a lovely big mirror. I didn't feel it was a hostel. The lobby was very fancy. The most impressive service is that they offer for free 24/24h drinks like latte, Americano, matca and more options. The staff was super nice. Highly recommended.

Exceptional level of service provided by all VicHaus staff. They were professional, efficient and very accomodating The place is well equipped, well stocked and immaculately clean. Location is excellent located near food, malls and heritage sites. Will definitely book again when back in Singapore
