It was in a downtown location suited to my needs. Behind the famed Raffles Hotel. The room was of a comfortable size and the bathroom design was an ingenious use of space. Staff were helpful at checkin and stored my bag, bringing it to the room when I returned at checkin time

Property was really cool! Lovely and new. Clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful both in person and in what’s app. Loved the app you download to access your room, was easy and meant you didn’t have to worry about loosing your room key (which is on your phone in the app) location was awesome! Highly recommend staying if you are in Singapore

The 24-hour WhatsApp service was very helpful. Siew (f that's how her name is spelt, was very willing to assist. Syafik, too, was very helpful with the do's and don't's of Singapore. Rooms were very clean and quiet.

The location and proximity to Suntec City, the subway station and Bugis Junction was great. The staff were also so kind and helpful. The paid laundry service was super convenient. The coffee place outside was super tasty and a good start to the day. There's also about 5 7 Eleven stores within 200m from the hotel so it was always easy to pick up snacks or odds and ends.
