The staff was very friendly, helping us with directions to the venue of the conference we were attending, as well as how to get to the metro, the airport and the tourist spots. We also appreciate the daily replenishment of our minibar. The cookies and snacks in the lobby beside the elevator are also a bonus. We will definitely stay at Hotel Nuve again next year.

1. The guy at the reception area is so accomodating even if our checked in time was changed to 1am, instead of 9pm (flight delay). 2. The breakfast is super good 3. The rooms are super clean & neat. 4. I was surprised that they gave 4 500ml water bottles for our 1 night stay. I appreciated it a lot. I stayed for a lot of 5 star hotels in the Philippines. Some even gave 2 300ml water for 4 pax 5. Security deposit was only 3 sgd, if im not mistaken.
