The staff was really amazing, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the person who checked us in when we arrived. But a huge thanks to this gentleman. Also the other staff were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and beautiful and other amenities as well.

The rooms are very comfortable, the pools and surroundings are also beautiful and well maintained. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, they look after you so well. This resort feels like an oasis in the middle of Patong, like you are far away from the craziness outside!

The location and proximity to Suntec City, the subway station and Bugis Junction was great. The staff were also so kind and helpful. The paid laundry service was super convenient. The coffee place outside was super tasty and a good start to the day. There's also about 5 7 Eleven stores within 200m from the hotel so it was always easy to pick up snacks or odds and ends.
