The room was spacious with good lighting throughout. It had everything we needed for our stay ie an ironing board and iron, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, mini fridge and free bottles of water replenished daily. Rooms were soundproofed and very quiet with good air conditioning. Having laundry facilities on the 4th floor was a bonus and gym was small but well equipped. Breakfast was great with a variety of local dishes and the usual cooked English breakfast. Staff were friendly and efficient during check in and organised a taxi on departure. Breakfast staff were attentive with clearing tables and food were kept replenished. Would definitely recommend for longer stays. Bus stops were a short walk away for getting to the city centre.

The rooms are huge and the breakfast has a lot of variety to choose from. The staff are extremely pleasant and very welcoming. The location is fantastic and very safe. Ohhhh, did I forget, the TV in the room is huge...my son was so glad to watch it. I will definitely recommend the hotel to everyone...and I am going back in my next holiday.

Nary was very helpful and friendly who was open to us, the front desk staff were kind and ready to assist.
Location was perfect, within an area where there are a lot of restaurants options to choose from.
I loved and enjoyed eating at the Vietnamese restaurant (Rocca Balestier) just across the road

Small but very clean rooms. Bottled water, tea and coffee available in the room. Really good shower water pressure. Perfect room if you only have hand luggage. There is a big market near the hotel for your breakfast coffee, fresh fruit or anything else. Several busses stop in front of the hotel. It was a perfect stay for us.
