Wonderful hotel in the best location in Riyadh. Right next to Centria Mall, main shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. They upgraded us to a suite and it was truly like a palace and one of the best rooms we have stayed at. Very luxurious rooms. The staff, service, rooms, spa ( jacuzzi,sauna), gym, breakfast all excellent. We really enjoyed the saudi coffee and dates in the lobby.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks especially to Natala, Guest Relations Manager, and Salman reception agent.
I requested a late check-up as I had an important meeting and needed a reliable internet connection after 12:pm Salman were extremely helpful, attentive, and professional, making everything smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and their support made a real difference.
Natala called me twice during my booking to see if everything is okey ! I pappreciate the checkup.
Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly appreciated it and would gladly recommend this hotel and i will come ba k next time with my family .

Due to another guest having a late checkout, we received a free upgrade to the Penthouse.
That room absolutely exceeded our wildest expectations. We had a beautiful view over the pool and the hectic saudi traffic, tons of space and privacy and an overal exceptional experience.
