We were actually blown away by the locations . The haram gates were literally steps away from the hotel . We bought a suite 2 bedroom with kitchen n dinning 3 bathrooms for a family of 5 . Tons of Resturants and shopping at door stop.
Exceptional value for money .

The location was perfect, very close to the Masjid e Nabawi; the breakfast and dinner buffet was plentiful and fresh; the quad room was spacious and we had the beautiful view of Masjid e Nabawi; the staff were polite, efficient and helpful. We’re especially impressed by the professionalism of the restaurant Manager- Mr Fayez, the Porter/ Bell boy- Mr Saif, the Waiter- Mr Moeen, reception Staff Ms Sulafa and another gentleman at the reception( can’t remember his name)

They upgraded our room to a Haram view, which was a wonderful surprise and greatly enhanced our stay. The breakfast options were good, though expanding the variety would make it even better. The quality of the food was consistently high. The hotel staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
