We had an excellent experience during our stay at this hotel. Since we were a group of five, the staff generously upgraded our room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The personnel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The location was superb, just a short distance from the Kaaba, making it very convenient for our visits. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas always spotless.
Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Makkah!
