The director of the hotel Mr Mohamad( egyptian) was exceptional he is serving everone everwhere: in the reception, in the restaurant even to carry customers luggage ..so helpful , polite and smiling.May ALLAH bless him
The restaurant chef was helpful too and supervising every lack of food or drinks to renew it immediately and also he is aware about food allergies which sometimes cannot be found in very famous hotels
