It definitely exceeded my expectations! It made our first experience in the eastern province amazing. The hotel was new and clean!!! In a great neighborhood that had a lot of restaurants and activities near by. The receptionist Yousef is very accommodating, helpful, welcoming, and never turned down any requests we had. I’m so happy I chose this place and looking forward to book here again!

The staff are brilliant! Nothing was ever too much for them. They did everything promptly -booking taxis, helping me in the printing room etc.
Thank you to Mohamad Salaam, Haya, Roshan, Ukesh, Lama, Foza and everybody in reception & room service.
Lovely rooms, very clean and spacious. The decor is beautiful-modern & chic. The beds and pillows are so marshmallow soft.
