Nobel Boutique had it all for us! We spent 4 nights there, the room was always clean, towels changed whenever we needed, breakfast was nothing extraordinary but gives you enough variety for a few days of stay. Location is great, it is 6-7 min walking distance to Piata Romana, where basically every important location of the city is reachable via metro / bus. The location is also quite strategic because it is in between both airports( Henri Coanda&Banesa ) and the historic center which made it easier for us to get in & out of the city. Also a special thanks to the gentleman who gave us croissants & coffee 6 am in the morning where breakfast wasnt served yet since we were supposed to leave to catch our flight.

A very well furnished hotel in a traditional style, plenty of wooden interiors, very stylish and cozy. The room was spacy and very comfortable. The Bathroom included a bath tub and all necessary accessories. Very cozy even for a longer stay, including a fridge.
The restaurant area downstairs currently offers a buffet type of lunch, and a delicious daily menu.
The breakfast was excellent in the other restaurant area that's located in the 1st floor of the hotel. The area nearby has plenty of expo, university and office type of spaces, but one can also walk towards the residential area. It's close to the public transport, including metro, and one can even walk all the way up to the Herastrau lake, which is a top part of Bucharest to visit.
There's also a non stop grocery store nearby, and it's conveniently located to the north of the city, which makes it easy to reach the airport.

Too bad I can't give 11 stars. The place itself was great in every way: spacious and well furnished, centrally located, clean. But best of all was the super helpful and professional staff. Allowed me to check in a bit earlier (despite my booking the place but a day before my trip!) and responded to all my messages quickly and courteously.
