Everything is perfect. Clean hotel, great location and friendly staff - what else can a person ask for. Pool was with the perfect temperature. Special thanks to the guys from front desk and security who are nice and helpful. Patricia is one of the sweetest front desk agents who've ever met. She provided our daughter with immediate first aid. Mary Anne from the kids playroom is doing a wonderful job by being so patient with kids. She creates a personal connection with each child and adjusts to each of their needs. Our baby girl loved Hidia so much that she was always going to her when we were eating. Kamal and John were always on the top making sure we don't miss anything while having breakfast or dinner. All of the lifeguards were exceptional. Momo is a sweetheart and we already miss him. And last but not definitely not the least - our favourite manager Ali who is doing an outstanding job. He is so friendly that you feel like you don't stay in a hotel but visiting a relative. My husband and I traveled a lot all over the world and never been so impressed by another customer service to this point. Hope I didn't skip to mention anyone but if I did, I apologise in advance. You all are doing a wonderful job! Thanks a lot again, we really appreciate it!
