From the first moment you feel very friendly attitude of staff, they offered me Portuguese portwine while check in and inside the room it was nice letter with wishes and very tasty Portuguese desserts. It made my mood after the flight. The location is perfect for whom wanna explore the old city of Ribeira. I was surprised by hygienic staff from Clarins in the washroom. I can say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever been. I wanna thank a men who works at the restaurant, who was serving the breakfasts. He is such a nice person, helped me with luggage.

Modern app in great central location! Perfectly clean, communucation with staff excellent. The bulding was new, with elevator, check-in easy, video call from the lobby. The sofa bed on the app pictures looks small, only for 1 person BUT there's actually bigger sofa in the app, comfortable as real bed and suitable for 2 adults - info for those looking for a family app. Highly recommended!

We stayed over New Year’s Eve, it was absolutely amazing. They view was great and the location perfect right in front of the river and plaza. We were able to see the fireworks from our window. We had the apartment on the fifth floor, which was the only apartment on that floor. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit too early but we were able to store our luggages and they even brought them up to our room before we checked in. They guided us up and explained us the apartment, provided us complementary fruits and a bottle of sparkling wine which was very accommodating. The breakfast was small and okay, fresh fruits, cereals and we could choose between an omelette or a pancake. Overall we were very happy with our stay and can 100% recommend it!

Absolutely amazing staff. Always happy to offer suggestions and recommendations, with nothing being too much trouble. Having see photos of the breakfast when booking, I was very excited to go down to the dining area on my first day, and it did not disappoint. I now need to start preparing dragon fruit every day before work!
