The owner was very accommodating and met us on arrival allowing us early access to the property, the interior of the complete building was immaculate even including the entrance stairway. The room itself was absolutely lovely from the floral displays to the comfort of the bed - the kitchen area provided everything we needed for our stay and with two seating areas you never felt anything was an after thought and just squeezed in. The location was just right for us allowing short bus or metro trips to all that Porto has to offer or a very short walk to the local supermarket plus longer walk when the legs and weather allowed to the many bars/restaurants and sights around. Thanks for a lovely stay in your lovely apartment - we intend to visit again after we tick off a few other locations!!

Very positive impressions! The host is helpful, ready to provide all necessary information. The check in process was smooth and its timing was easy to schedule. The room is spacious, with a solid working desk, a very comfortable mattress and is very well equipped overall. The most impressive thing is the level of cleanliness: every surface and every object (including towels, linen, etc.) is impeccably clean. The same goes for all shared areas, such as bathrooms and the kitchen. Btw, there are two bathrooms and additional separate sinks in one of the corridors so it's possible to wash your hands even if every bathroom is occupied. The location itself is very good, close to the metro (~5 min. of walking) and the city center. It definitely is a perfect place to stay!

It is very convenient to use a smart system for receiving and storing keys. The entrance of the house and the apartment itself are very clean and tidy. The house has all the necessary things and inventory. There is an extraordinary view of the river. Beds, sheets and towels are very clean. We could not find an iron at home, which was not included in the list when we checked it later. We asked the owner of the house to call him and he brought us a brand new iron and ironing board the very next morning. We were very satisfied with this gesture <3

Staff are superb, extremely friendly, efficient and helpful! Stylish, sleek and Exuberante restaurant is sublime, highly recommend. Hotel staff could not do enough for us without any intrusion, it is 5* all the way. Special mention to Miriam (front desk) and Nelson (Exuberante restaurant) who were highly professional and so lovely. Staff were always quick and efficient whenever any requests made (room service, luggage store/collection) with very good communication before arrival. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Very presentable rooms. The room decor is very tasteful. Comfy beds and quality linen. Appreciated the frequent updates from Judit with local advice. Appreciated the short time access to the car park to load our luggage into the hire car.

Every one at Porto Music was very friendly helpful and welcoming. The location is amazing, the building is gorgeous and the room is perfect. My room had a well-equipped kitchenette and there is an italian shower. Breakfast is delicious. The house is very close to Casa da Música subway and there are many bus lines close by.

The appartment is in a very good location, very well connected with buses and metro line really close. 10-15 minutes from the center. The appartment is very cosy and very clean. Beds very comfortable, has everything one person or even one family needs. The owner, Ruben, is the cherry on the top, he assists with kindness and also gives great suggestions of things to do or to see in the city and is always available for any information needed. Very nice experience.
