We stayed here on Christmas Eve and it was a real holiday experience. The check-in procedure was very efficient and we also received a glass of sparkling wine right at the reception desk and a delicious panettone cake in the room. The room was trendy, very clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a view of the river. The location of the hotel is excellent as well. All the staff members were really friendly and kind, even those who just seemed to be passing by. The manager of the hotel Bruno was very attentive, too, and did not hesitate to make sure that everything was alright. However, the best surprise was the unexpected Christmas gift we received at the check-out, which was a lovely gesture and definitely convinced us to make a plan to return to the hotel in the future.

The apartment was huge compared to regular holiday accommodation. The size was one of the best things about it apart from the stunning view over the river. It was great to be able to use the communal kitchen and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also loved the minimalist look that focussed on the important while adding a touch of history. The acknowledgement of the history of the building was lovely to see.

I really advise this place, you'll not regret. Great location, easy to reach by public transportation. Clean room with good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Staff were kind and helpful. You can leave your luggage in luggage room if you arrive early.

We had a great experience in the hotel. It is cozy and beautiful. The room was original, with a transparent glass bathroom. The staff was very friendly. It was a very enjoyable environment. We had a sea view, which made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was top! We will definitely considering to come back.

Wow - this place was exceptional. It only opened in April (25) and is one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. We were in apt 71 and our biggest disappointment is that we were only staying one night. It feels brand new, is very classy in its design and features (I’d happily hire the architect and designer for my own home). It’s large, has great furniture, a super kitchen and equipment (more like home than a typical rental), loads of storage, 2(!) balconies, 2.5 bathrooms. The location is great and the breakfast in the attached restaurant was amazingly good (think granola with hand cut fruit and fresh yoghurt, avocados and toast, freshly made omelettes- it was nearly too much food for us (but we did our best!). And finally the staff at the front desk were really nice and clearly seemed to be proud of the facility. Strongly recommended!

Excellent location for a visit to Lisbon, near the metro station. In the city center, close to many tourist sites, and again not too noisy. Our apartment was very spacious, and well-equipped, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was perfectly cleaned. The staff working in the Emporium Lisbon Suites was very nice. It was possible to leave the luggage in the lockers after leaving the room, so we were able to explore the city the whole day since we had an evening flight.

Loved this quaint boutique hotel. Room was cozy but functional and very comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and beautiful. There was complimentary still and sparkling water in the room. Slippers. A safe. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the coffee machine much appreciated all thru the day. Hotel was in such a convenient location to pop back for coffees and a freshening up. The star of the show was the continental breakfast that included made to order eggs. It was amazing. Even had gluten free bread! Staff very friendly and helpful. Will absolutely return.
