The theme of the hotel is nice. Every time when you get in or out of hotel you will be welcome with a music. Also you have audio system that you can connect via Bluetooth and they provide you a nice playlist or you can put your music. The bed is really big and comfortable. Location is great. Close to metro station and mall.

Modern hotel with a very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms had all that you would need including tea/coffee. Well equipped bathroom with hot powerful shower. Verbena body wash & hair products was a nice addition. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. You could also dine in the hotel at night. Very good position for access to transport and the hop on hop off tourism bus routes.

The hotel is beautiful. I love the lobby and mezzanine. I would have been quite happy to just stay there and read all day, especially with the snacks available there. Breakfast was served until noon, which was amazing as I could got to have a lie in one day and the other day I got to go for a pre-breakfast swim without having to wake up at dawn. I also loved the bottle of port in the room!

This was our second stay at this fantastic hotel. When the reception staff realised this, a bottle of champagne appeared in our room later in the day! All members of staff are attentive, professional and clearly happy with their work, which is so important. Free afternoon snacks and drinks and a free carafe of port in your room go the extra mile to make guests feel cared for. The hotel is simply wonderful.

Best hotel in Lisbon, best location, best staff and best everything. The architect who tailored this lovely building into a city-centre holtel is an absolute genius. The rooms are spacious, views are awesome, the pool at the first floor is a quiet, peaceful area. The rooms are impeccably clean and the breakfast catered for all dietary requirements.
Definitely want to come back.
