This small and botique hotel was amazing. We arrived after the reception closes and they left us an envelope with the key and all we need. There are snacks available for the guests 24/7 (in addition to the awesome breakfast with fresh omlettes). The room was really big and well designed. The location is PERFECT.

This is a centrally located hotel, either walking distance or tram/bus to all major attractions.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had the fortune to be upgraded to a suite on the top floor, which was huge - a big room and a separate living area. The room was clean and well furnished.

The location was just great, even not so loud in such a busy city like Lisbon. The hotel was not big that is a plus was feeling cosy and calm. The breakfast was excellent. I like that hotel had living room with snacks. So you can always drink tea and read and take a good rest. Everything was clean and tidy.

Everything was perfect. Stayed 3 nights and I would super recommend. The front desk helped us find our AirPods that we lost in a taxi.

As a history buff, the best part of this hotel was that there was a museum with Roman ruins right inside! The location was perfect, within walking distance of many of the best restaurants, shops, and museums. We didn't have breakfast included so only had it twice but both times it was delicious and plentiful, with many selections. The staff was great as well, especially Bruno who was so helpful throughout our stay!

It is clean, quirky, and well managed with comfortable beds and a decent sized shower/toilet facility. The breakfasts are magnificent ! And afternoon tea with gratis cake was a wonderful surprise! It’s so much nicer than staying in a big,impersonal hotel. You really will NOT be disappointed!
