it was so well located, spotless, staff were fantastic and super helpful, they were super careful to always surprise you and make sure you had all you needed, from a daily booklet on your door recommending activities for the day to little surprises in the room like fruit or liquor.

We stayed here on Christmas Eve and it was a real holiday experience. The check-in procedure was very efficient and we also received a glass of sparkling wine right at the reception desk and a delicious panettone cake in the room. The room was trendy, very clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a view of the river. The location of the hotel is excellent as well.
All the staff members were really friendly and kind, even those who just seemed to be passing by. The manager of the hotel Bruno was very attentive, too, and did not hesitate to make sure that everything was alright. However, the best surprise was the unexpected Christmas gift we received at the check-out, which was a lovely gesture and definitely convinced us to make a plan to return to the hotel in the future.

Perfect central location, very clean rooms, and absolutely outstanding staff. Carolina quickly resolved an issue with our reservation by coordinating with her management team, and David’s warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome (as well as the whole team’s) Coffee is available all day, and the cozy breakfast room feels personal and relaxed rather than like a big catering hall. We also had a high-floor room with a beautiful city/sea view, perfect for enjoying the sunset.
