The room was spacious and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was made up every day, and the room was cleaned thoroughly each day. The bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. The hotel also has a number of excellent amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, and desks for work. The personnel was very polite and helpful.

Unique stay in a beautiful location. The inside space is well utilised and the outside space is lovely and comfortable. Lots of choice for places to eat and things to do. The children loved everything. Great breakfast too.

Communication, check-in and check-out were very smooth. Location was perfect for our stay (close to airport and Oriente station for onward travel). The boat is exactly as described and per the pictures. Very clean. Nicely made beds, plenty of towels, coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, clean bathrooms, good water pressure, even iron and ironing board are available. Despite availability of numerous bars and restaurants on the nearby promenade, it was very quiet at night so we slept very well. Don’t think any of the nearby hotels can beat a quiet, sunny morning coffee on the boat’s sundeck overlooking the marina. Definitely recommend!
