The most important factor is the staff, friendly, helpful and professional, they took time to answer our multiple questions and requests.
The location is excellent.
Parking was safe and easy to access and affordable.
Our room was always clean, one of the days it was cleaned two times.

The staff were lovely. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and yet there was still a lovely girl on reception there and welcomed us at11.15 at night
.. it was my husband 's birthday.. there was a bottle of chilled bubbles and cake in our room on arrival. So kind. Thank you, Ismael.. throughout the weekend, thd staff were fabulous...we would come back and definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is very charming and perfectly equipped. Everything is brand new, and the appliances are of great quality. Our room was not very big but cozy. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the breakfast is amazing! The location is perfect!

Breakfast was lovely. Set up in several rooms. Live music! This is a completely charming hotel full of little treasures and with a super staff. Could not have been more helpful. l will recommend it to anyone going to Lisbon for its location, the Friendliness of its staff and special amenities. This smaller hotel was lovely, boutique stylish, with Portugese features., like blue and white tiles, hotel lobby areas were beautifully furnished. Dining room and cosy bar were comfortable. The breakfast included a large choice of foods in the buffet and also included menu choices, eggs and bacon, omlette etc. Even fresh honey you scraped off the honeycomb. Coffee maker in bedroom.
