I liked everything about this hotel. The room was modern and comfortable, the staff was nice and the location was excellent for what I needed. I was attending a music festival that weekend so was getting to bed late and had no problem sleeping in as there was no noise reaching my room. Was also impressed that my room was quickly cleaned even with my strange schedule. The rooftop pool area is quite small, but enough for a little afternoon break.

The staff were lovely. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and yet there was still a lovely girl on reception there and welcomed us at11.15 at night
.. it was my husband 's birthday.. there was a bottle of chilled bubbles and cake in our room on arrival. So kind. Thank you, Ismael.. throughout the weekend, thd staff were fabulous...we would come back and definitely recommend this hotel

We felt extremely welcome and taken care of from check in till check out. The room did include everything we needed for our visit and was well appointed. The roof top restaurant/bar has amazing views of the castle and city. The sauna, steamroom and, pool are awesome for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Don't miss out on the tasty breakfast.

Breakfast was lovely. Set up in several rooms. Live music! This is a completely charming hotel full of little treasures and with a super staff. Could not have been more helpful. l will recommend it to anyone going to Lisbon for its location, the Friendliness of its staff and special amenities. This smaller hotel was lovely, boutique stylish, with Portugese features., like blue and white tiles, hotel lobby areas were beautifully furnished. Dining room and cosy bar were comfortable. The breakfast included a large choice of foods in the buffet and also included menu choices, eggs and bacon, omlette etc. Even fresh honey you scraped off the honeycomb. Coffee maker in bedroom.
